In
order to ensure proper formatting of your new resume,
applicants using this form must have had at least three
previous employers and attended two educational institutions.
This is necessary to avoid blank spaces in the finished
document. Those without prior or current college, vocational
or other post-secondary education should use their high
school, GED studies and/or elementary school histories.
-
Please
be sure to answer each question on the form and carefully
select one item from each drop down menu.
-
To
avoid misspellings and text errors, we suggest that you open
and use your favorite word processing program to answer longer
questions. After spell checking your answer, simply copy
and paste the edited text into the box on the form.
-
When
you have completed answering all of questions and selections
on the form, click the "Create Resume" button to
view your new resume.
-
Warning:
Clicking the "Start Over" button will delete every
entry you have made into the form! Click this only if
you want to completely start over!
-
After
proofing your finished resume, you may then use the print
function on your browser and computer to make as many copies
as you wish. If you find any errors, you should use the browsers
back button to return to this page and correct any mistakes. Then simply re-click the "Create
Resume" button to amend any of changes made.
-
In
order to maintain the integrity of your finished resume, no links, logos or
other graphic images have been added to the confirmation
page. However, you will notice that some browsers do
include a directory listing and url address in the printed
copy. To eliminate this, make sure that you print your
new resume using the fine setting on your printer and on a
high quality white paper. Then using a "white
out" liquid, eliminate the unwanted text. After
preparing the finished document, use a professional
copying service such as "Kinko's" to make as many
copies on any resume paper you wish.
-
Another
option is to either "save as" or copy the text from
the finished resume into your favorite word processing
software for custom formatting.
-
Before
printing your new resume on quality paper, be sure to print a
copy on standard paper to ensure proper formatting and to
check for errors!
-
If
the resume does not print correctly on one page, you might need
to edit the text somewhat. Try to only include information that matters the most!
-
This
form is designed to work best in newer versions of the
Internet Explorer and Netscape browsers. thejobfair.com can make no guarantee that any browser you are currently
using, will format the text correctly for printing.
